Midiprep Attempt #2
This time my Midiprep results were a success. I borrowed four pellets of PNIC-BSa4 to ensure a high concentration of pNIC in the end.Other than that, I followed the same procedure I did the previous attempt.
My PCR results have been extremely consistent. It's too bad they never turn out right.

My first successful PCR! The results from Secondary PCR.

After Secondary PCR, I proceeded to PCR squared. From there I did PCR cleanup, and the results were pretty bad. It wasn't that surprising seeing how I had no idea what I was doing, and I messed up on every step, including flipping the column upside down.
PCR Cleanup
I gave PCR clean up another try. Luckily, I had saved my Secondary PCR tube. I had put loading dye into the tube, and discovered afterward that is discouraged. The loading dye didn't make a negative impact on the results. They were a lot better.
